QualiTest’s FUANTASY enables Objet Geometries to significantly cut studio software testing time
Tel Aviv, Israel, March 18, 2010 - QualiTest Ltd., a global leader in Quality Assurance and Software Testing services announced today that it has delivered an end-to-end automation solution based on their FUNTASY and QTP to Objet Geometries, the innovation leader in 3D printing for rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing. The solution enables Objet to improve their studio software reliability and significantly cut testing time.
“QualiTest’s FUANTASY enabled us to significantly cut our QA software testing time and release our Objet Studio software products to market much faster, with fewer overheads. The ability to more efficiently test new studio software prior to release is critical to providing a reliable, high-quality solution to our customers,” said Eran Nadir, Testing Center Manager, Objet Geometries.
“Thanks to the automatic nature of the FUANTASY, our entire testing team was able to easily transform previously manual tests into more comprehensive automated tests. The result for us is a more efficient QA process that has reduced our testing cycle time significantly. And QualiTest delivered a working system in just 4 months,” added Nadir.
QualiTest delivered an automation solution in just 4 months based on their Keyword Driven Testing (KDT) approach. The solution comprised of:
- FUANTASY – manage, create, edit and translate Keyword Driven Test (KDT) scripts.
- QTP – execute the tests on the Objet Studio application.
- Training – QualiTest experts trained Objet’s QA team to use the KDT methodology.
“We are proud to be selected by Objet Geometries to implement their automation solution,” said Aviram Shotten, FUANTASY Program Manager, QualiTest Group. “QualiTest is a long time advocate of automation testing using the Keyword Driven Testing approach to implement automation testing that saves both time and resources. Now, with the recent release of the FUANTASY – our KDT-based automation solution, we have been able to create an effective management platform and deliver even greater value to our customers.”
