Mr. Ayal Zylberman

Mr. Zylberman is a veteran in the field of Software Testing, specializing in various disciplines such as military, billing systems, real-time, network management, networking and telephony solutions since 1995. A pioneer in testing automation, Mr. Zylberman was among the first to implement Mercury's automated tools. Mr. Zylberman is committed to spreading global practices, such as Keyword Driven Testing, Scrum Based Testing and more, among QA teams in leading organizations. With more than numerous published articles and is a busy lecture schedule, Mr. Zylberman is recognized as an expert in the field of quality assurance and testing worldwide.
Mr. Zylberman holds a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from the Tel-Aviv University, Israel and an MA degree in Economics from Tel-Aviv University, Israel.
Mr. Eli Margolin
President and CTO, QualiTest Group
Mr. Margolin has over 25 years of experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Mr. Margolin began his career as a system analyst and team manager in the Israeli Defense Forces computer unit, where he specialized in military systems and telecom solutions and functional and non functional test types.
Mr. Margolin is responsible for overseeing the implementation of global practices among QualiTest clients. For the past 10 years he leads QualiTest’s most crucial outsourcing testing project (above 150 employees). In addition, Mr. Margolin heads the development of QualiTest internal tools for Keyword Driven Testing and is the original creator and product manager of Funtasy, QualiTest KDT tool for non GUI systems and of the KDT tool for GUI systems.
Mr. Margolin is a graduate of Israel Defense Forces Computer Programming (“Mamram”).

Mr. Ronen Sade, CPA
CFO, QualiTest Group
Mr. Sade is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years experience, who joined QualiTest in 2001. He is responsible for leading the company’s financial organization as well as the investor relations. As part of QualiTest Executive Leadership team, Mr. Sade plays a key role in the company’s strategic planning. Prior to joining QualiTest, Mr. Sade worked at Haykin Rubin accountants as a senior accountant responsible for the Technology industry.
He completed his BSc. in Accounting and Economics in Bar-Ilan University and holds MBA, also from Bar Ilan University.
Mr. Yaron Kottler
CEO, QualiTest Inc.
Mr. Kottler is responsible for the day-to-day management of the QualiTest US subsidiary and local branches, as well as business development in North America. Mr. Kottler joined QualiTest in 1999 and progressed from the role of a test engineer, to project manager, business manager and international business development. Prior to establishing QualiTest Inc. in 2006, Mr. Kottler led the opening of QualiTest Turkish branch.
Mr. Kottler is an expert in Load and Performance testing and in the implementation of automated testing tools and methodologies. He has lead large scale testing project in ERP and CRM applications for a number of market leaders.
Yaron holds a BA degree in Business Administration and Information Technology from the Interdisciplinary Center, Israel and an MBA from the Executive Program at the Hebrew University, Israel
Mr. Harvey Feuer
CFO, QualiTest Inc.
Mr. Feuer joined QualiTest in 2006 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of QualiTest US finance team management. Prior to working in QualiTest, he worked in Public Accounting at Grant Thornton, 17 years at Dun and Bradstreet a $4 billion global information services corporation where he held positions that included Manager of Worldwide Tax Accounting as well as Controller. He also was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for 11 years for PCNet, Inc a $60 million dollar IT solutions provider.
Mr. Feuer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration from the Bernard Baruch College in New York. He has taught courses in Accounting, Business Mathematics, Abstract Thinking, Computer Accounting, and Financial Planning.
Mr. Sagi Krupetski
GM Chicago Branch, QualiTest Inc.
Mr. Krupetski joined QualiTest in 2003 and brings in-depth knowledge in testing ERP, CRM, Billing systems and Data Migration testing. He has extensive experience establishing structured QA departments and processes including such areas as strategy, technology, tools, documentation, risk management, budgets etc.
Mr. Krupetski relocted to QualiTest Inc. in 2008 and currently manages the Chicago and serves as a senior testing specialist.
Miss. Tali Shem-Tov
GM, QualiTest Ltd.
Ms. Shem-Tov joined QualiTest in 2000 and has held various positions in the company including vice president human resources, account manager and sales manager. She is currently responsible for the day-to-day management of the Israeli operation. Prior to joining QualiTest, Ms. Shem-Tov worked as an HR manager in Horizon.
Mr. Mark Kardashov
VP Professional Services & Technologies QualiTest Ltd.
Mr. Kardashov joined QualiTest in 2004 and has over 10 years experience in the IT field. As the leader of QualiTest’s Professional Services division & QualiTest R&D team, Mr. Kardashov is overseeing the development in implementation of FUNTASY, QualiTest’s non-GUI KDT based Test Automation system. Mr. Kardashov successfully leads various projects in the IT Support, Development and QA fields and oversees manage services groups at some of QualiTest major customers.
Mr. Kardashov hold a B.A in Management and Economics and MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer).
Mr. Michel Sharvit
VP Professional Services, QualiTest Ltd.
Mr. Sharvit joined QualiTest in 1999 and has over 15 years experience in the IT field. He leads the QualiTest’s Professional Services team. Mr. Sharvit has successfully led various projects in the Billing, CRM, Medical, PDM and Banking industries.
Mr. Vincent Grobben
CEO, QualiTest Netherlands
Mr. Grobben joined QualiTest in 2007 and has over 8 years of experience in the testing industry. He has worked in several positions within QualiTest including Sr. Tester, Test Manager in QualiTest Netherlands. Prior to joining QualiTest, Vincent held a position of a Test Manager for ING bank.
Mr. Grobben holds a bachelor degree of Information and Communication Technology from Haagsche Hogeschool
Mr. Ozay Civelek

Mr. Civelek is one of the founders of QualiTest Turkey in 1994.He has over 10 years experience working as a team leader and tested. Mr. Civelek holds a BA in Mathematical and Computer Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul.
