Norm Merritt is the global CEO of QualiTest Group; he has a proven track record of running highly-responsive and successful service businesses.

 

In addition to founding MAP, an advisory practice helping CEOs drive growth and value, Norm served as the President and CEO of ShopKeep. Norm tripled ShopKeep’s recurring revenue in two years, completed two acquisitions and assembled a world-class management team. Prior to ShopKeep, Norm served as CEO and President of organizations including iQor, a $600 million business service outsourcing firm and MortgageIT – Consumer Direct, a division of the largest privately-held mortgage bank in the US.

 

Previously, Norm founded and launched SkillGames, a Walt Disney startup. Norm was the President of Universal Studios Travel and he spent 8 years with the Walt Disney Company, including three years as Head of Attractions and Strategic Planning, where he led the launch of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Norm has also served in Chief Financial Officer in systems and advertising firms.

 

At the age of 35, he was selected as one of the top 25 most influential executives in the travel industry by Leisure Travel News. Norm graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University. He is a CPA and earned his MBA from Harvard University.
