While our employees in India continue working from home for more than a year now, they started missing their bond with colleagues, the professional office environment, and the vibe to get it done together as we work towards our vision.

This, however, got a new impetus when President and CEO (Designate) Anbu Muppidathi visited our Bangalore and Noida offices in India. Anbu’s visit to our India offices added a much-needed motivation and momentum, as colleagues gathered in the offices, following every governmental protocol.

Anbu made sure to meet and interact with every team, presented our new vision, approaches, strategies, and goals, and cleared the air for many ambiguities employees had in their minds. The sessions ended with a “Face-Time” townhall, where apart from sharing future endeavors, Anbu also handed over the Qualistar awards to our start performers and teams of Q1 and Q2. The offices in India were once again back to life, with the sound of applauds and employees strengthening their bonds with their teammates and with the organization.

Qualitest – A Proud Sponsor towards Building a Better Society

As a global organization, Qualitest has always supported noble causes that benefit people, society, and our planet. Be it supporting our employees in their social activities to sponsoring social events, Qualitest has always encouraged initiatives that extend help to communities throughout the globe.

Much of the confusion around RPA and cognitive automation stems from the fact that they are closely related and, in many organizations, work hand in hand. Indeed, the two technologies complement each other and are two ends of the same thing: the intelligent automation continuum.

Taking this attitude forward, Qualitest recently engaged in two great CSR activities in Bangalore, India, during Anbu’s stay in Bangalore.

Qualitest has always been an advocate of learning. Following a request from Government Higher Primary School in Ramagondanahalli, Bangalore, Qualitest collaborated with Whitefield Rising, a community of volunteers in Whitefield, to sponsor furniture for them.

This is the first Government School in Bangalore to have English as their teaching medium for Grades 1 through 8 running in a PPP model with GoK. Because of a surge in student strength from 180 to 700, 6 new classrooms have been constructed with support from various donors.

Anbu visited the school, along with Rajesh Subramony, MD at Qualitest India, and interacted with teachers and students as Qualitest sponsored furniture for these new classrooms to enable a better learning experience.

“Outstanding to see the impact of our contributions in this school, that touches the lives of many underprivileged students. I could see that the strength of our corporate values reflecting through this initiative,” Anbu remarked.

“Sumeda from Whitefield Rising has shown that there is so much that we can do with so little – glad that Qualitest could play a small role in this significant initiative,” observed Rajesh.

Anbu also visited the site for another noble CSR initiative by Qualitest. We have sponsored the construction of several rainwater recharge wells partnering with the Indian Army’s Parachute Regiment and Training Centre. This supports our NGO Partner, India Cares Foundation’s initiative to build “one million recharge wells.”

The initiative aims to combat the pressing issue of water scarcity in Bangalore as the city extracts groundwater at a far greater rate per year compared to its annual recharge of groundwater resources.

Qualitest’s sponsorship will help harvest the rainwater and recharge groundwater by nearly 2 million liters every year, as the rainwater will percolate into the ground and recharge shallow aquifers through these wells. It will also help provide a livelihood to the Mannu Vaddars community, who have been traditionally digging wells for hundreds of years and are now struggling during the pandemic.

“Qualitest is proud to partner with Indian Army’s – Parachute Regiment in our efforts to harvest nearly 2 million liters of rainwater yearly in Bangalore and recharge the ground water. I am proud of our leader Sonali Singh who heads up our CSR activities in demonstrating our values by touching lives,” Anbu says.

Qualitest has also been a part of several social initiatives in the past. With this kind of support from our leaders, we shall continue to pride ourselves on being among the most responsible global organizations.
