Andrew Duncan
Andrew Duncan is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of international experience across consulting, technology, and professional services. Recognised for driving sustained growth, managing complex transformations, and building high-performing teams, Andrew has driven innovative strategies for many of the world’s most respected brands across global markets.
Before joining Qualitest as Chief Executive Officer, Andrew served as CEO of Infosys Consulting, positioning the firm as one of the fastest growing and most profitable business units within the Infosys group. Under his direction, the organisation adopted a new operating model, strengthened its leadership through internal promotions and targeted external hires, and launched several cutting-edge service lines. The impact was significant: record-breaking revenues, double-digit annual growth, and market-leading profitability. His strategic vision and operational discipline helped drive exceptional client retention and significantly elevated the firm’s profile across the C-suite, analyst, and media communities.
Earlier in his career, Andrew held senior leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, AlixPartners, and Galphay, and co-founded a professional services firm that achieved rapid scale under his direction. He has delivered major initiatives in strategy, digital transformation, and organisational change across a wide range of industries, including financial services, retail, energy, and healthcare.
Andrew holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London. A dual UK–US citizen, he was named a ‘Global Leader in Consulting’ by Consulting Magazine in 2022. He is frequently published in international media, a regular contributor to the Forbes Technology Council, and a sought-after speaker on the future of leadership, AI, and digital innovation.
Oscar Perez
Oscar Perez is Chief Operating Officer at Qualitest and a member of its executive leadership team. Prior to Qualitest, Oscar was Partner & Chief Operating Officer at Infosys Consulting. With more than 25 years of experience across operations, finance, and technology, Oscar has held senior leadership roles including CFO and CTO for multinational organizations. In 2025, Oscar was honored by Consulting Magazine as one of the Top Consultants in the industry.
Oscar was also instrumental in the growth and success of several startups including Adjoined Consulting and CareCloud. In 2019, Oscar was part of the founding team at 8base that won Startup Grind’s Startup of the Year in Silicon Valley. Oscar began his career at Arthur Andersen.
Oscar graduated with an Associate’s Degree from Miami-Dade College, a Bachelor of International Relations from Florida International University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master’s of International Relations from Troy University.
Chris Wilmot
Chris joined Qualitest as Chief Financial Officer in May 2018 and is based in London, United Kingdom. Chris leads the Group’s Finance, IT, Mergers and Acquisitions, Legal and Compliance functions.
He was previously CFO of private equity backed Clarion Events where he led the transformation of the finance function. Chris started his career at a regional Chartered Accountancy firm based in Lincoln where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant before moving to PwC in Hull, Melbourne and then London. After PwC Chris held a number of commercial finance roles at Colt Technology Services and Yell.com.
Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, travel and running.
Sreedhar Narayanan
Sreedhar joined Qualitest as MD, Americas. In his previous role, Sreedhar was the Healthcare Analytics solution leader at McKinsey and Company.
An innovative and result-oriented business and technology executive, Sreedhar has built and scaled $1B+ businesses, creating digital and transformational impact at fortune-500 clients globally. Sreedhar has held leadership roles and has led strategy, product development, P&L and global delivery functions.
Sreedhar holds a Masters degree in Software engineering from BITS, Pilani. Outside of work, Sreedhar enjoys hiking and golfing.
Shai Liberman
An industry veteran, Shai leads Qualitest’s Israel & Eastern Europe division. Shai joined Qualitest in 2004 as a software test engineer and has held multiple leadership roles during his tenure, including establishing and leading Qualitest’s defense division, leading its central United States division and spearheading Qualitest’s entry into East Europe. With overall responsibility for Strategic Planning, Account Management, Delivery, Sales and Finance in Israel and Eastern Europe, Shai has a strong background in testing and quality engineering delivery as well as identifying and penetrating new markets and establishing new business operations. Outside of work Shai enjoys travel, basketball and tennis and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Senthil Ayyappan
Senthil joined Qualitest in May 2021 and is based out of Dallas, Texas. As the Chief Sales and Marketing officer, he is chartered with the mission of creating value and accelerating growth through integration and transformation of the Sales, Marketing and Partnership functions in Qualitest.
His responsibilities include acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, building strong analyst relationships, architecting the brand identity, promoting brand awareness and driving innovative marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Qualitest, Senthil spent over two decades in TCS and Cognizant – rising up the ranks of Delivery, Transformation Consulting, Strategic Client Relationship Management and P&L ownership. This rounded experience over the years, equipped Senthil to decipher and appreciate customer needs well and naturally adopt a consultative customer-centric sales approach. He was the award-winning global top sales executive for Cognizant, in 2020.
Senthil holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has done executive courses in “Integrating Finance for Strategic Growth” from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and “Business Marketing Strategy” from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
Simon Pickersgill
Simon is an accomplished IT Industry leader, with over 30 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering Practices. He has successfully led Delivery, Sales and Business Management in both the private and public sectors. Simon established and grew his own IT QA/QE and Testing consultancy, with his business partners, which was acquired by Qualitest in 2016 to form the hub of their UK operation.
Prior to his current role as Qualitest UK Managing Director, Simon held various senior leadership positions. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President, responsible for leading the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), the Public Sector and the UK/ Europe Sales team. Simon is an honors graduate in History from the University of Nottingham.
Palaniselvan Sababathy
Palani joined Qualitest in July 2021 with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, having led large, complex programs at TCS, HCL, and Cognizant. He specializes in executing global delivery models and collaborating with clients and teams worldwide. Over his career, he has worked across North America, Europe, South America, and Australia, and is now based in India.
At Qualitest, Palani oversees the growth of a strong, scalable delivery organization in India, ensuring it meets client demands and keeps pace with technological advancements. He drives delivery excellence through robust processes, governance frameworks, and a culture of skilling, coaching, and mentoring.
Palani holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys farming, hiking, cycling, and solo travels to experience diverse cultures around the world.
James Brown
James leads the global M&A activity for Qualitest Group, including sourcing, executing and integrating acquisitions, as well as the strategic assessment of adjacencies.
James has worked in M&A for more than 20 years, as an advisor with Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and Canaccord Financial (Hawkpoint), and as a principal in his role with Equiniti Group plc for 12 years. At Equiniti, James led the execution of 35 M&A transactions, including 30 acquisitions, several disposals, a public bond issue and an IPO (which facilitated a private equity exit for Advent International). At Equiniti, the business grew revenue from £150m to £550m through M&A.
James graduated from The University of Edinburgh with a BCom (Hons) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
