Your 365 password

Other connection options in case you don’t want to use exchange (exchange is the recommended option, and multiple exchange accounts can be setup in outlook 2007 or later ):

POP setting

Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL

Server name: pod51011.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

SMTP setting

Server name: pod51011.outlook.com
Port: 587

iPhone users should use the same settings, though they may need a separate server, such as:

Note: You will still have access to your old exchange server and google accounts so that you can compare your mailboxes. It takes time to propagate the DNS change to office365 (72 hours at most). So some e-mails will still be delivered to your old mailboxes. All emails sent to your old mailboxes will be replicated every 24 hours.
