Qualitest’s Managing Director of Israel & Eastern Europe, Shai Liberman, was interviewed on Israel’s Channel 13 about our new initiative to help train as well as create jobs for people in the country’s periphery areas, who had no previous technological experience, in order to introduce them and integrate them into the tech world.
Qualitest trained over 200 people and was able to help find employment for most of them following the training.
According to Liberman, this was a great opportunity to tap into and help create new talent, provide people with opportunities they might not have had before, and enable and empower them to build a professional career. This has a tremendous impact not only on their lives but on their communities, the economy and many other factors.
“We want to recruit 1,000 people next year”, said Liberman, “and a large number of those will come from having done this training in these areas and cities. People need the opportunity to develop a career and we consider helping them achieve that a high priority.”
