When John Milton said, “Childhood shows the man, as morning shows the day,” he wanted us to appreciate that the world seems different when looked at through the innocent eyes of children.

Einav Lavi, Qualitest’s Chief People & Talent Officer, during her latest visit to India, experienced something similar when she got face to face with young orphans at Needbase’s Lakshya Udaan, as a part of a noble CSR initiative by Qualitest.

Einav visited India recently and her visit included interactive sessions with several teams in our Noida and Bangalore offices.

Her visit to India turned out to be even more fulfilling with her active participation in a CSR activity accompanied by Rajesh Subramony, MD at Qualitest, India. This activity involved extending our financial support towards Needbase’s Lakshya Udaan, a haven for seventy-six orphan boys. The support aims at the holistic education and development of these young minds.

During this new normal phase, when physical schools are shut down, it is pretty difficult for the underprivileged to continue their education. However, we continued our ongoing commitment and sponsored teachers and various educational aids, helping these beautiful children pursue their aspirations and dreams.

In these uncertain times when everything seems lost, Qualitest wanted to ensure that these children had sufficient emotional support. Since these boys love dancing and singing, we made sure that they also had a dance and music teacher to help cheer them up while developing artistic skills in the process.

After this lovely exchange of love and warmth, Einav Lavi, the CTPO of Qualitest, said, “I am proud to be a part of an organization that makes a difference in Orphans’ lives. I could see the hunger for love from the wonderful kids, which Qualitest is supporting in education and day to day life. Singing and dancing with them raised their spirits and made my day. Give for others, be a Qualitester.”

Rajesh Subramony, MD Qualitest India, a part of this CSR initiative, was delighted with the interaction. “Bringing smiles to the faces of these children who have been through so much in life at such a young age was wonderful to behold – privileged to see us participate in such a noble initiative,” said Rajesh.

Qualitest has always valued the importance of voluntarily giving back to the society. Our support to Needbase’s Lakshya Udaan is a part of this community outreach.
