Robert has over years of IT experience with a strong background in Organizational Change Management, Agile Transformation, Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, Portfolio/Program/Project Management, the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and associated methodologies. Rob works collaboratively across organizations to garner support, drive change, solve problems and continuously improve. He has demonstrated success building transformation teams, scaling Agile in the enterprise, and establishing successful project management and business analysis practices.

Rafael Matuk leads Aon’s global Health Solutions technology organization, overseeing over 160 professionals across product strategy, platform development, and support in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
