London, UK, 7th July 2025 – Qualitest is pleased to announce the appointment of Oscar Perez as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the company’s executive leadership team. 

Oscar brings more than 25 years of experience spanning operations, finance, and technology. Prior to joining Qualitest, he served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Infosys Consulting, where he played a key role in driving operational leadership at a global scale. He has held senior executive positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), across multinational organizations. 

He has also contributed significantly to the growth of several start-ups, including Adjoined Consulting and CareCloud. In 2019, he was part of the founding team at 8base, which was named Startup Grind’s Startup of the Year in Silicon Valley. In 2025, his leadership and industry impact were acknowledged by Consulting Magazine, which named him one of the Top Consultants of the year. 

Oscar began his professional journey at Arthur Andersen. He holds an Associate’s Degree from Miami-Dade College, a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Florida International University, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Master’s in International Relations from Troy University. 

In his role as COO, Oscar will be responsible for overseeing Qualitest’s global operations and supporting the company’s ongoing growth and innovation in AI-powered quality engineering.
